imagine
there’s no heaven.
If we all had one chance at a happy life, would we live in peace? Is it necessary to live life with a set of rules through organized religion to be a good person? What more moral guidelines do we need besides the ones we observe naturally? Is it the selfish desire to take someone else’s spot in heaven that drives this world mad?
Maybe it doesn’t matter whether or not there is an afterlife. It doesn’t change that we are one human family and should live and love like it while we can.
Bury me in the ground without a coffin. I’d like to return to the Earth to provide nutrients for the soil that nurtures life.
